I recently bought a new Husqvarna Lawn Tractor from them for over $ 3K and was very disappointed to find that they delivered the tractor with over inflated tired (twice the pressure shown on the tires and recommended in the manual) and with a mowing deck that was not leveled. The tractor rode very hard and cut very unevenly. When I brought this fact to their attention they only shrugged and did not offer to fix it. To make matters worst — another neighbor had the exact same experience with them so my situation was not unique! I would have expected more from them.
I since fixed the situations myself and learned that I need to double check their work. On the positive side they are conveniently located to where I live.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When you buy large items they have a pull up service and they load it for you. They have a great garden area with a large selection of herbs. They also have a small motor repair shop which is excellent. During the summer the have a small farmers market.
