Food was Excellent, Service was Great! Was our first visit but certainly won’t be our last. The place was very clean and shinning like a brand new penny.

Wow! Super clean, totally fresh veggies & protein selections, our choice of dishes — Pepper Steak and Mongolian Beef — were cooked perfectly, & the people are very respectful & friendly. So glad we tried it. We will be back — OFTEN!

Love this restaurant! You choose your meat, vegetables, sauce and the way you want it cooked. Everything is fresh, cooked on a griddle and brought to your table hot. I had the steak and shrimp. Yummy! The crab rangoons were really good. Servers were polite and quick. Owners were there and thanked us for coming. Will be eating there again.

The place was a little different in that it was basically a Chinese place. But you picked out all of your ingredients, and it was freshly cooked. Great experience, friendly people, and we’d go back for sure!

This place was amazing. Its by far the best place to eat in an otherwise uninspiring area for food. All fresh meats and veggies huge portions and reasonable prices. You could go here 20 times and have a completely different experience each time and wonderful food. Owner was super nice and it was fast for food made while you wait. Dont miss it!!!

Super clean, friendly, very tasty and a great value — we will be back! Also love the idea of fast casual option at SML… seems like the only other options are either fast food or full service dining. This is the perfect place if you’re not in the mood for full service, but want great food. SML needs more places like this excellent!

We are at SML for a long weekend and decided to try this restaurant because it looked new and fresh — as restaurants go. The place was clean and nicely decorated with a large bamboo forest mural and modern and comfortable tables, chairs and booths. An authentic Asian gong (is that what it’s called?) is prominent in the dining room and adds ambiance to the modern setting. Enough about that. .. what about the food, you say? There was a huge selection of meats, seafood and veggies for you to make your dish exactly to your liking. Everything was fresh and the staff was helpful and friendly. They also has a list of «pre-​defined» selections for those who are overwhelmed from having so many choices. The food was prepared on a large round Mongolian grill where you could watch your food being prepared. Nice china with an Asian theme complemented the large and delicious helping of General Tso’s Chicken and my husband’s order of Garlic Chicken. There was enough for us to box up half of our meals and we’ll definitely enjoy it again tomorrow for lunch! When we arrived I would have said the prices were a little high but after my meal I would say they’re just about right, given the quality and quantity of the food. Definitely will go back if I’m ever at SML again.

First time here while visiting family in Hardy. VA. Great experience. First time at this type of buffet restaurant. Fresh all the way. Had their Jasmine hot tea which was delicious. Must make a stop here for a delicious meal.

I wished I could give this place a 6 stars. I am honestly saying this place is really good! First of all you go through a line and choose what ever you like of fresh meats or to your liking fresh veggies and noodle and sauce and herbs. With or without. They cater to your what ever you like .they have great tasting tea’s with a tea bar. They also have beer and wine if that’s want you like. I just has tea and it was very good.(tea in this area can be week) I’m a local would not say try this place if it would curl your toes up (in a bad way) honestly this will curl your toes in a absolutely a good way… give it a try if you are at the lake. One note a bowl holds a ton of food so sharing may be in order. If not then save the the yummy leftovers for later! Will be just as good! I would give it this a two thumbs up!

I like this new place, it is clean, and the food is FRESH! The concept of creating your own dish by picking your meats, veggies, sauces, and having it cooked for you is just fabulous! Recommend this place to everyone who is looking for delicious and fresh food to eat. The dining area is very modern and a great evening hang out as well because they have plenty of seating. This is a GEM!

On Monday nights a lot of places are closed near SML so we went to this new place and were very glad we did. Everything was very fresh. The meats and seafood were great and the selection of veggies was wide. Not much in the way of atmosphere but food didn’t disappoint.

They also have egg rolls.
I really liked the variety of food and how clean the restaurant is.
I will be returning. There aren’t many great places to eat around SML. This one is great!

This place has only been open for six weeks. It was awesome! food was fresh, delicious, and many many options. Chicken, shrimp, scallops, beef, organic choices. Every kind of vegetable imaginable. A delicious number of sauce choices. Beer and wine are available as well as soft drinks. We came for a business lunch and it was quick and service was friendly and helpful. A great option for an area that doesn’t have a lot of restaurant options. We will be back soon!
