All I can say is wow. You cant beat 24⁄7 access especially for the low price they ask its simply a no brainer. Best storage place around and perfect location right off Rt1.

I have no problem with the service but the pricing is ridiculous. I complained about this to the staff at this location. They can’t do anything. I started at a certain per month rent and it went up 3.5 times in 2 years.

I was very pleased by the level of courtesy and efficiency shown by Lynn, Deb, and Juan, who was filling it at the desk when I leased my storage unit. In fact, I even applied to the company because the level of customer service was that high. The only thing that kept that fifth star off was that the company Web site didn’t have the offers (e.g., a free first month) and they also claimed the company developers were working on the site in the middle of the day. If true, that’s not good for business.
