Good was great! I would give it 5 stars but the place really needs repair! Don’t let the appearance scare you off the food was fresh and delicious!

Decent food, good service. The only reason they got four stars is because I enjoy yangs prices more.

Great food at a good price! I typically enjoy my food from here. In fact, just thinking about it makes me want to go eat there.

Mediocre food. A good price for a good amount of food but quality isn’t where one would hope. I guess it’s suitable for WOU because of its location to campus and cheap prices

Great service and ambiance. I love the gem that is Rice Time. The woman at the counter is lovely and kind while being timely and efficient. I often call in my order and it is never wrong. The bulgogi and kimchi is off the charts delicious.

Love this place, my boyfriend and I have been going here for over a year now and love it every time. The lady who runs it always stays open late for us or leaves the store open when its snowing in winter. The spicy chicken is the bees knees and the bento box is to die for. Its just a little place but well worth it! SUPPORTLOCAL!

This place is an amazing place to get delicious Japanese cuisine. The restaurant itself could be cleaner/decorated better(I usually take my food to go) but for what they lack in style they make up for in taste! The prices are fantastic! Affordable for anyone. It is solely run by an older couple who are very sweet and generous to their customers.

I love this place. It’s clean, simple, and good food. Anyone who judges this place by the outside would be making a big mistake. Rice Time is definitely a good place for lunch and dinner. My favorites are the chicken Yakisoba noodle dish and their deep fried pot stickers. The portions are very generous as are prices. The Teriyaki dish is very tasty as well, especially for those who are not very familiar with this type of food and like being conservative with food. If you like hot and spicy food, then the spicy chicken or beef dish is perfect for you. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s hot and spicy. However, this place is still very tasty and not overshadowed by the spice and hotness. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Korean food.

Great food! We stopped in for lunch. My wife and I each got the Bento box and our son got the yakisoba. My wife is sensitive to salty food and she was very happy. I loved it. Their sauces are seasonings were great. The portions were huge, no one finished their plate. the Pot-stickers are cooked in Tempura which is a little different than I usually see but they were delicious. I live in Corvallis and thought the prices were surprisingly low. What a deal! The décor was dated but it was clean. I am working in Monmouth now so I think they are going to get to know me.

The people that run the place are very nice and the service is great. A great portion of Teriyaki Chicken and Rice, with salad, for a reasonable price. Good place to get a quick bite for lunch or a snack.

My favorite restaurant in Monmouth. Loved by both college students and locals, they serve Korean and Taiwanese fare at reasonable prices. Their menu is simple and basic, but the food is so tasty and good. My idea of comfort food. The staff are always friendly and nice. They really take care of their customers. RiceTime has a sister restaurant in Salem, Fuji Japanese Restaurant. I prefer the food and ambiance at RiceTime because it’s more relaxed. I try to back for a visit whenever I am in town.
