Do not use this service, they should be called TruBrown, not TruGreen. The came on 7⁄10 and did a regularly scheduled application. By 7⁄13 my lawn started to turn brown, in spots. I called tru gree and it took them until today to send someone out to look at what was done. The tru green representative, Stephanie Leverington, advised me that the individual who did the application on 7⁄10 was a new employee and he did it incorrectly. She said she was sorry that it happened, that’s it. I then called tru green talked to someone named Rich, he said he was a manager. I told him how upset I was about what Stephanie had told me. He said people made mistakes, it happens, he said. He said he would send a supervisor out to look at the damage they had caused. Thereafter, a supervisor came to my house and by telephone he confirmed what Stephanie had told me. He said the lawn should be fine by August, that I just needed to water my lawn 10 min every day. No offer to reimburse me for the cost of the application, nothing, just that I needed to water every day at my expense, for my time and the cost of the water. I am outraged at their behavior and I will never use their service again.
