Monroe, MI
Monroe hosts several downtown parties throughout the summer and this one tops off the summer season. Several streets in downtown Monroe are closed off and the local restaurants have outdoor venues where they cook alfresco and you can eat outside. Lots of music and good food, but don’t expect the good times to roll until afternoon. It seems that Monroe sleeps late on the weekends!
