We had A Clean Sweep clean our chimney — and they did a decent job. The chimney was clean, after all. But ultimately it was a competitor (Owens Chimney) that pointed out the potential problems with our chimney — gaps that could cause gases to escape, issues all along the inside of the lining, etc.
So while the chimney was actually cleaned, and it was certainly cleaned better than we could clean it ourselves, there are better cleaners out there. Just something to keep in mind.
