I called Tim at A Computer Tech when my laptop completely died. My extended warranty company had already taken a week to even send me a box to ship my computer back to them. I couldn’t wait another week or two to have my computer fixed by them.
Tim was able to meet me quickly to pick up the laptop, and in two days (I was unable to meet him the day after he picked it up), he returned it to me with a new hard drive and most of my files restored, for a decent price. Very happy with his work!
