The guy came once — nice. Job was done all right. Then it goes south when trying to schedule more work. Poor customer service /​not reliable. When he says that he will send you a quote, does not. You have to call, remind him. Does not respond to email. Agree to do the work. Does not show up for appointment. Does not call to let you know or apologize. In brief, does not care about his business or customers. To avoid if you have no time to waste.
