Went in just before 8pm on a Sunday. We weren’t greeted until we spoke up. Placed my order for all you can eat salad bar and was told to go look at it becausethey were letting it runout and would not be refilling anything, also there was no regular ranch. It looked very low but I was in the mood for salad so I got it anyways. The lettuce was horrible, obviously well picked over since mostly really large pieces were left and bottom of the bag remnants. I picked thru and found enough to sort of make a salad although I would need a knife to cure the large pieces. I just didn’t understand why they wouldn’t refill anything more than an hour before closing. There were 3 people there already plus 3 more that came in after us for salad. If they are going to do that it should at least be discounted. The worker then shut the salad bar down completely at 8:20. We were then also told that we could only sit in one section, as the rest were closed. Half the TV’S were already turned off too. A family came in after us and the kids couldn’t utilize the game stations. The service was horrible and it made us feel like an inconvenience. I won’t be back.

Horrible customer service. I used to go here and order delivery all the time. The pizza itself is a step up from Papa John’s. However, their online delivery doesn’t take discounts and you’d do better to automate the help then have these jerks here. I was placed on hold for five minutes twice and when I told her I was calling back in and will go somewhere else if I don’t get my order taken soon she simply put me on hold again. They need some new management and new help ASAP. It is time we get a Garlic Jim’s, Pagliacci or Mod Pizza in Monroe again…

Well, here I am again, I’m personally not eating but a family member is and my said family member prefers tables because they are bigger… Well it is 7:35 and the chairs at the table were up so I moved two down so me and him could sit, and red hair waitress wth glasses tells me the area is closed and has the audacity to have me and him move elsewhere… When I ask when they close, they close at 9… Also there was no egg for the salad bar out and no bread sticks made… I will be hopefully contacting the manager. Getting really tired of lazy workers, and yes I have worked fast food before and know what it’s like to have to clock out at a certain time.

4 stars for the salad bar! So great to have a place with a good salad bar and fairly priced. They have tasty breadsticks and a pretty good selection of toppings for your salad. I have had their pizza once and it was the worse pizza on the planet. The restaurant is nice, huge and open and good to take your kids. They have video games for them to play with is cool. So enjoy the salad bar not so much the pizza!

This is the best salad bar around and the place is always clean and friendly. I order my pizza with light-sauce and it’s perfect. They are always accommodating when we use their banquet rooms and the service is always friendly and attentive. The lunchtime take out is a great value.

Super unimpressed. $ 55 for two pizzas to be delivered nearly 2 hours late and very cold. What a disappointment as we were looking for something hassle free, delicious, and hot as it was our first night moving into our new home as Monroe residents. The driver called me after a long time and said he went to Echo Lake by mistake — GPS failure. I asked him to call his boss to let them know — expecting a reduced fare for what would be obviously cold and soggy pizza. I was right — the pizza sucked cold and soggy. The driver was apologetic and said I could get 50% off my next order, but gave me nothing to redeem it with. Should have gone with Seharra.

We have eaten at Alfy’s in Monroe many times and always get a nice meal and a good value for the money. The salad bar is always clean and fresh and the pizza has always been top notch. It is always nice and clean and seating is comfortable. The customer service could be a bit better but is not horrible. I will definitely return and recommend!

We come to Alfy’s for the salad bar & soup. Alfy’s offer a large variety of nutritious choices in their salad bar. They also have very good soups. If you are into healthy eating you likely haven’t considered eating at a pizza parlor. However don’t miss out on their salad bar. We haven’t found another salad bar as good as this one anywhere nearby & the prices are very reasonable! We also enjoy the oldies softly playing in the background.

Friendly staff. Better prices than Sahara for the same quality. Better pizza than the domino’s in town. The deal you get for take and bake beats papa murphys too.

Had an issue was told it would be fixed on the next order. Placed my next order and was told it could not be honored at their word. Then attempt to tell me they needed a minimum of $ 20 to even deliver the mistake they made in the first place. It is the last time we will deal with this Alfys most likely for ever

It’s a pizza joint. For what it is, it was great. There was good food, decent and friendly service, it was close to our hotel and they offer a 50% discount for hotel guests. We fed 16 hungry people for less than $ 150 and had a great time.

Years ago they use to make a half way decent pizza but as the years have went by the crust has got thinner and thinner and the toppings less and less. Its to the point now its not much better then a frozen pizza you can pick up at your local grocery store. I will still pick one up from time to time during their half price special but would never pay full price for one.

School lunch tasting pizza, typical salad bar. I would not come back, but when you have hundreds of Nieces and Nephews too rowdy to hold a birthday party in anyone’s home it is inevitable I will be back

You could spend $ 2.99 at Albertsons and buy a better pizza than what you would get at the here. I thought the sauce and cheese was horrible

Our first experience at this restaurant was ok. My husband, 16 yr old daughter and myself were in the mood for pizza and, being new to the area, we disregarded the negative ratings and took our chances. It’s pretty expensive for a pizza establishment. We ended up spending over $ 50 for our lunch, which consisted of a one-time visit for one to the salad bar, a soft drink, a pitcher of beer, a personal pizza and a large two topping pizza. Everything tasted pretty good, and it wasn’t too busy for a weekday at lunch hour. Several of the tables had plates of food and empty glasses on them, so maybe we missed the lunch crowd. We left feeling like we would visit again, and that’s where the trouble started. After a day out school shopping, my daughter and I decided to stop and pick up a pizza and take it home to eat. There was a sign on the counter saying that there was a «summer special» going on; any pizza, any sauce, any toppings for various prices. I asked for an extra large Royal Alfy’s with Alfredo sauce and stuffed crust. The price was $ 17.99 but the stuffed crust was an additional $ 2.00. I agreed to the price increase and paid $ 19.99 and was told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. It was ready in 20 minutes and my daughter carried the pizza to the car and sat it on the back seat for the 6 mile drive home. My mistake was not opening the lid of the box and looking at the pizza before we left the restaurant. My husband was home waiting for us and when I opened the box my heart sank. They had given us some sort of thin crispy pizza with thick fat tomato slices sliced in half on the top. There were no toppings whatsoever on the outer edge of the pizza about 1″ from the edge. There were sporadic pieces of toppings scattered around that make no sense. It did not resemble the description of a Royal Alfy’s in any way. I immediately picked up the phone and gave them a call. I explained who I was and that I had just left. The young lady on the other end said she remembered me and before I could finish explaining the situation she began to be argumentative and saying that I said I didn’t want to spend the extra $ 2.00 for the stuffed crust. I said that it was partially my fault for not looking at the pizza first but that I didn’t get what I asked and paid for. She said, in a very snotty tone, that she would have them make me a new one, but that I’d have to bring the other one back. Perhaps they have had problems in the past with people wanting a free pizza, but I wasn’t one of them. I said that I lived 6 miles away and that it would be 18 miles total if I had to come back to town, and she let out a sigh and said«so what do you want to do?». I just hung up the phone and made up my mind that what I wanted to do was to never visit their establishment again. Her horrible argumentative attitude sealed the deal for me. Such a shame that a mere employee holds the fate of customer satisfaction, but that is the power she was given and I will find a new restaurant for my family to visit.

This was my family’s first time here and I Definitely won’t be coming back. The service was okay. No one was at the register when we first walked in. Then they were on the phone while we stood there waiting to order. The employees are friendly and the prices are fair. They do not take American Express. They had lot if mini TVs with video games to play while waiting for your food. We were eating there and the pizza came out fairly quickly. Which was great because we were really hungry. However after the first bite I knew I would never come back. It tasted like pizza that’s comes from the grocery store freezer. So gross!

The pizza is always good and the staff is super friendly. It’s a nice, comfortable family place. It’s great for birthday parties or any other type of family get together. They have a fresh salad bar and it’s always nicely stocked. There is also a small game room and other free console games for the kids. Love this Alfy’s!

Scratch this one off my list… I decided to start checking out the pizza options in the area, including this one, found off Unilocal(shameless plug). Got a small two topping pizza and it was only $ 7. That was the good part. I don’t want to finish the 2⁄3 of it I didn’t eat, for starters. I would accept $ 7 to do it, honestly. Place just feels kind of like a Pizza Hut about to go bankrupt. The pizza looked unappetizing and lacked any kind of real flavor. In short, I’m sure I’ve had better pizza at chuck e. cheese’s. It has some small town charm, I’ll give it that. But that might be another reason I don’t desire to live in a small town.
