In a small town, it can be difficult to find great, trustworthy quality service at reasonable prices for car body repairs. Upon a friend’s recommendation, I sought out Automotive Specialties, a locally-​owned, small collision repair shop.
The owner personally took care of the service– from the initial estimate, recommended repairs, and status updates as needed. Everything was clearly communicated throughout the whole process. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. The quote for materials and labor was fair compared to others in the area. Meticulous time, effort, and care were given to my car during body repairs. The challenge of color matching required some extra time to be done properly and paint from a new manufacturer had to be ordered. Despite the added time to completion, the end result was an almost flawless match of the repaired front bumper to the original color. I was extremely satisfied with the impeccable work, and it felt like I was driving a new car again!
