It’s odd, I called this place in March 2015 and they said they didn’t have the battery I needed — and they said they didn’t know when they would… so I waited. Called in April, still nothing. I waited because they offer a 5 year free replacement warranty on their platinum series batteries! Thats amazing. I called like 4 days ago and they said they have the platinum grade battery in stock — so today I was in the area so I stopped in, and they had a ton of car batteries all stocked right in the middle of the showroom… maybe something happened with East Penn/​Deka? That’s the company that manufactures their auto batteries right now. The voltage of the battery I bought shows 12.52volts when I got it home. So its approximately 85% charged up.

This is the third time I have gone there trying to buy a battery for my cars. In the last couple years I needed a battery for a 68 corvette and a 2002 Chevy Avalanche. Both times they didn’t have it in stock. Today I showed up 20 minutes before they opened to buy a battery for my 2011 GMC Sierra pickup. . nothing exotic and nope we don’t have that. The excuse was the cold weather increases sales. OK but I showed up mid summer needing the Vette and Avalanche batteries. . what’s your excuse for that? Three different times I needed a battery and they don’t have it.
