My experience with this company was horrible. I placed an order of an item they claimed was in stock and after billing my card &4 days later they still had not shipped. I sent 4 emails and called the number on their website during the business hours listed at least 5 times. They do not answer the phone, give no option to leave a message nor respond to emails. I had to file a dispute with my bank to have the charges refunded.

Run by thieves who will take your order & money Dec 1, claim to ship it and NOT contact FFL guy who it shiped to, no lie, and then get the ballz to charge you for allegedly shipping yet again after it is returned. No I am not kidding… double charge you for shipping to FFL guy they suggested. Pls buy ELSEWHERE! And I WAS a repeat customer… amazing lack of customer service not to mention ethics. Next stop: ATF. Avoid the bandits in Monroe NC.

Do Not do business with this company. They are actively engaged in false advertising and fraud to a large degree. Look at the other reviews here as well as their large number of Better Businesses Beau complaints and you can see the kind of service and product that you can expect to receive. Shop somewhere else, and if not, good luck as you are going to need it!

Purchased a rifle and paid extra for a hand select model. When I received the rifle it was in worse shape than the non hand select models other people received. The rifles hand guard was practically cracked in half the stock had paint overspray all over it and not a single number matched on the rifle. I tried to exchange it for another but they said they were out of stock. Go figure after the 15 day return period the rifle magically became in stock again. After enough back and forth bs I at least got the extra fee refunded but I had to keep the poor condition rifle(claimed to be in very good condition on description) or lose out on a bunch of money. I even tried to post a review on their website, but guess what… they have to confirm your review first. so needless to say I haven’t seen my review or let alone a single bad review on their website. I just wish I saw these Unilocal reviews first. Save your money and heartache and buy your guns somewhere else.

I ordered a Rifle several days ago that was in stock and yesterday showed no longer in stock. They will not answer the phone or respond to my emails about my order status, the website is also not available. I will not be purchasing any more weapons from this company.

I ordered two 31 round Glock magazines from Classic Firearms on August 27, 2015. I received them 7 days later which was pretty fast. However when I visited my local gun range with the new mags I purchased. I loaded them up and had several issues. I could only get off two rounds before each mag would cause my gun to jam. I then removed the new high capacity mags and used my standard Glock magazines and my gun feed as it should. Curious about my new mags I began to unload them and, I noticed the springs seemed«weak» almost like they didn’t have enough thrust to push the follower up so I could remove the next round. I literally had to turn each magazine upside down and shake each round out. This was my first purchase with Classic Firearms, I was really excited to order as I had previously heard positive things about them. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case for me. After getting an RMA processed with Mr. Belisle. I wondered if I would be refunded for shipping cost as I paid $ 14.74 to have the defective magazines shipped to me and, another $ 10.00 to have them sent back to Classic Firearms. I explained to him how I would then be out of $ 24.74 alone on shipping. His response was«I’ll look into it for you.» Today September 16, 2015 I get an email stating that I would only be getting a refund for the magazines. After emailing Mr. Belisle again he states«the owner refused to offer a refund on the shipping.» I didn’t understand why I wouldn’t be refunded shipping on an inferior product that I purchased from their store. Needless to say I will not be doing any future business with Classic Firearms.

Crap customer service. 15 day lead times for shipping, shipped ammo to my FFL dealer not my house so I was charged $ 75 and tax on ammo along with the $ 75 for my firearm transfer fees. I even had called prior to shipping and asked if the ammo would ship to my house and the answer was yes. Not happy at all. Typical bull Crap Company takes you money and runs. Called the store to get a refund for the tax on the ammo, just $ 15 and talked to Janet, she could care less. They take your money and don’t give a crap about the customer. Do not do business them, find a company that cares about their customers!

Very disappointed in the customer service. 10 days shipping lead times that you find out about after you place your order. Wanted to add an Item to my order being it was going to be another 4 to 5 days before they shipped the one that I had placed, you would think no problem right, just pay for it an put it in the same box. can’t do that, to convenient for the customer. Ended up just wanting to just cancel the entire 500.00 dollar order at this point but they wanted to charge me a 20% cancellation fee for an order they had not even shipped yet. First time customer and last time customer all in the same order. What a shame

Condition of Beretta 92S received was not as advertised. Sent it back and replacement was a little better, but still nowhere close to «very good to excellent» as advertised. Sent it back and replacement was better, but still not up to billing. I paid to ship that back. Two stars for the fact that they did refund my money without too much hassle, but their quality control is seriously lacking.
