I do a lot of my own work, but often take cars to them before purchase and for diagnosis. All the guys here have been totally professional, helpful, honest, fair and accurate. they often help me make decisions on used cars I’m looking at, and whether repairs are worthwhile on existing cars. I trust them completely and really enjoy working with them. No pressure, straightforward dealings every time. Most of these guys have worked here for a long time, the owner’s been in business for quite a while, and there’s very low turnover at the shop. It’s such a relief to find a repair shop I can trust.

We have going to Courtesy for years and have consistently received good, quality service. They have worked on 7 cars for us over the years doing everything from brake service, belt replacements, tune ups, electrical work and new tires.
Their pricing has always seemed reasonable and their service is friendly. They are good at explaining things in layman terms too. We have never felt pressured by them to have extra services done.

If you’re the kind of person who just goes to the cheapest mechanic I don’t know if Courtesy is for you. They may be, but I don’t shop that way, so I don’t know. If you are the type who likes to get to know and trust your mechanic, and are a loyal customer, they are great. I’ve done all my automotive work there for a few years now, and they have taken the extra time to ask what I want and explain what is going on. The quality of the work has been dependable. One of the owners even gave my wife a ride home when she was having some work done. Highly recommended

Being a woman who knows nothing about cars, it can be intimidating to take my car to a shop, even for something as simple as an oil change. Courtesy Automotive is THE place to go! Everyone there is kind, courteous, clean-​cut, and trustworthy. I never have them try to up sell me on anything and my car is in and out in a jiff. The facility itself is clean and they are reasonably priced (though I’ve only gone in for oil changes). I highly recommend Courtesy Automotive!
