Well, it USEDTOBE a great craft store. Now, it’s a glorified dollar shop. The junk from China is just overwhelming. I don’t know who their buyers or purchasing agents are for this company, but they sell the cheapest stuff they can possibly find [especially the silk flowers and ribbons] — it’s just awful. I used to spend an average of $ 600-$ 1000 per year at this store, but those days are long gone, even though I have a discount card [50% off]. Since they’ve moved out to the Monroe Mall, they are totally out of their league, with signs looking for new management and stock people posted on their doors. They are doomed; there isn’t even Christmas items out yet [Aug. 20] and for a crafter working on projects, you need items out early to finish your crafts. Hobby Lobby is THE place to go for QUALITY ribbon, beautiful décor items, and floral. Forget this place.

I’ve been here a few times to pick up picture frames and Christmas decorations. Wonderful selection of both. Store is clean and not too busy to feel like people are on top of you while you’re shopping. I’m not really a «craft» sort of person, so I don’t know how it compares to other craft stores. But for what I’ve been in there for, it’s been great.

I have to hand it to Crafts 2000. In a store the size of your average Kmart, they manage to have every crafting supply that you can ever dream off. Things I haven’t seen in a long time, like latch-hook rug kits, dollhouse furniture and kits to build the house, macramé kits, cross-stitch kits, etc. Aisle after aisle of party supplies, jewelry supplies, kid’s crafts, it’s twice the size of your favorite Michael’s. The art supply department is as big as a 7 – 11! Van Gogh, Winsor and Newton, many different brands of acrylic and oil paints, enormous canvases… wow! If you are planning a wedding, you can get flowers that cost $ 1.25 a stem; want to have a luau? Have a ball getting leis-they are 50% off! In the back is a clearance area where they have adult size polos for $ 1.97! Lots of $ 1.00 items for the kiddies to be creative with… I could go on and on. Getting there is a cinch. It’s 30 minutes from Canton, Use I-275 south and when it feeds into I-75 take the Nadeau exit. Follow Nadeau to where it dead-ends and go left. You’ll pass a Target and Elder-Beerman, go thru town, and on your right side will be Crafts 2000. As i was checking out, I asked the associate how many Crafts 2000 were they. She said about 15, mostly in the Midwest. We are lucky to have one here in good old Michigan!

They have tons of awesome craft supplies, as well as random stuff you wouldn’t expect in a craft store. Everything is affordable, and they’re clearance section is amazing.

The craft person’s dream store. They have everything from scrapbooking, painting, floral, glass, patches, embroidery, and more. The prices are decent and sometimes they have a «fill the bag» sell.

This is an older store but it will have almost everything you need for your crafting projects. I like this store a little better than Hobby Lobby. They have a pretty reasonable framing department as well.

If you need it, this place is most likely going to have it. Very vast selection of goods for making crafts and art supplies. I primarily visited to procure discounted art supplies, which they have a nice array of. Though a few times when I’ve gone, they have been out of certain things, like specific types of paper that I needed. I wish it hadn’t been so far away from Toledo, but it was always well worth it to get some cheap art stuff!

If you need to découpage a snow shovel or or glue sequins on a concrete goose, good place to start. If you suddenly decide you want to learn how to silk screen in the middle of a lazy Saturday afternoon, good place to start. If you are a struggling artist and need inexpensive canvas and outrageous deals on paint, good place to start. Best art and craft supply store I’ve ever been in, pricewise. An enormous airplane-hanger of a store.
