Not that great try tire kingdom they are honest and will work with you. Discount tire will sell you new tires just because they don’t care about your appreciation. Long lasting trustworthy business relationships don’t let you see your good tires in two pieces and then tell you «for your safety we can put these back on» ethics in business is key to long term success.

I wasn’t 100% pleased with this place. Once they get you in the door they try to add on all of these additional costs. I felt like I was being pressured to buy things I didn’t need. I needed two tires ASAP so I had to get them. I would not go back there.

Love these guys! I purchased a set of tires from Discount Tire Monroe last year and it was a great experience. Last night I ended up with a screw in my tire. I took it down to Discount Tire in Monroe and they were able to plug it free of charge since I bought my tires there. AND, had they not been able to plug it, they would have replaced the tire, free! Yes, I purchased the «repair, replace certificate» when I bought the tires, but that was only $ 15/​tire. Best money I’ve spent! The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Another thing you won’t see elsewhere is the Manager actually working the floor, not hiding behind his office door! Thanks guys!

I usually try to buy local whenever I can but the tire deals offered by discount tire were untouchable by the local tire dealers. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The store was clean, the staff was very professional and the prices were unbeatable. I will definitely go back again.

Well, I did like most of the world and shopped on the internets for a deal on tires. I landed on Dicount Tires because they had an amazing sale going on and I was in dire need for some tires. I try to buy local if possible and stay away from large chains but the local shop couldn’t touch this deal. Anyhow, the local Discount Tires didn’t have the tires that I needed (that were advertised on the web).
So, to accomodate me, they upgraded my tires (from a 60k mile tire to a 75k mile tire) at no additional charge since they didn’t have them in stock.
(I know this sort of upgrade happens quite frequently but they didn’t have to do it for me… they did it without even thinking twice about it.)
I was well beyond happy with my experience there and will surely go back when I need tires for one of my Jeeps.
