Elite Lock & Safe

I went in with a very huge set of keys and even some I was sure they would not have, but they had those ones too. They got my order done so fast. When I was at the counter everyone in the place jumped right in and helped out on my order. They do great work and so friendly.

We have a hard to get desk with a broken lock. Someone tried to modify the lock however it did not work with this desk. Well Elite was called and first and foremost the receptionist who answered was fantastic. Second of all-​he came out that very same day and fixed the whole problem. We also got a few extra keys for the mail box. He was in and out in no time. I definitely recommend Elite Lock and Safe.

After purchasing a home, we needed to have it re-​keyed. We’d had some problems with the previous owner (foreclosure situation) and needed to make sure the house was secure asap, but it was a weekend and no one was open. Elite offers 24 hour service, albeit with a premium charge, and they came out to help us on a Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, all of the locks in our house, except one door, were the same brand. This made re-​keying easier. We did have to replace that one door handle so that it could match, but Kevin (the owner) had all the parts in his truck.
Kevin worked very quickly and got everything done within the time frame and estimate they’d provided over the phone (just under $ 500 to re-​key 10 doors and replace one door handle). I would have given him five stars, however, two of the plates that the deadbolts lock into were slightly off center and needed to be adjusted after the fact in order to lock smoothly. However, that is minor and was easily corrected.
I would absolutely call these guys again for any locksmith needs, and I would refer them to anyone I knew. They were very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and fast. Also, they took the time to chat with us before leaving and tell us about the area since we had just moved in… even giving us a couple of great restaurant recommendations and putting us in touch with a roofer. Great people, fast service – you won’t be disappointed!
