This was my first time getting nails done professionally done, I usually do my own. My friend and I went to this placed or my birthday and because it was near by her house and she said that the lady did a good job on her nails. When we arrive there, the place looked clean and small, and I noticed there was just two stations; two people each table doing their customers nails. Our wait wasn’t long since my friend had our appointment made beforehand. When the lady start doing my nails, she didn’t ask how I was doing or start a conversation(which I thought they would but depends on people, right?). She asked what nails I want and how, showed her the picture and when I told her that I want all my French tip to be blue and purple-she looked at me like she didn’t understand what I was talking about(she was Vietnamese, so she could only understand so much), but I just never mind, I’ll get the two ring finger design instead. So she does her thing and file the way I wanted and finish my nails up. It was like she rushed doings my nails, because there were other customers that were coming in? It’s a small place, I don’t know if they ever been busy, but I didn’t like how my nails turned out and THISWASMYFIRSTTIME actually getting it done; when I tooky nails out under from the LED light whatever it’s called, they had bubbles inside all the nails and somewhat yellow tint to it… I like them okay, I can’t complain much because my friend was very generous to give me this a birthday gift. My friend’s nails on the other hand, they were pretty. She had this leopard print and French tip type. One thing bothered her was they didn’t have gold polish, but really they did, I saw it when the lady who had done nails, had set a box full of nail polish in every color! So at the end, were not so satisfy with our nails but they looked alright. y friend left them a $ 4 tip meaning each of them got $ 2 each because of our experience. I wouldn’t want to return to this place, they made us felt rush and unwelcome. The place is small compare to what I usually see in the malls or stores. I would rather do my own nails if I was going to get bubbles in my nails.

I hate to give them a mediocre review, but it was just ok for me. First of all, the services menu here is inaccurate. I should have expected paraffin wax would be an upgrade, but when I showed them their services list on Unilocal, they just told me that was wrong. The end. But it’s hard to beat the price on a $ 20 pedicure, and they were very nice, so I really wanted a great experience. However, I was there for 2 hours for just a classic pedicure. I waited so long that the water got cold before they even started. I was a walkin, but if I’m honest, I’ve had shorter waits at busier places. No topcoat was applied to my polish, and there are polish smudges on the skin around my toes. Looks like I will be finishing this pedicure myself. At home. Maybe it was just an off day? They did seem to have a lot of regulars. Maybe it’s just because it was only my first visit? Who knows.
