What the hell happened to the jewelry section here? Used to be 3 cases, now theres only 2 and it’s always cheap plastic jewelry! This place has become HILARIOUSLYOVERPRICED since I started shopping here. Seems like they don’t get sent as much stuff as they did a few years ago. Its gone downhill instead of up. Also the book section is seriously lacking in organization and they never get any new books. I wouldn’t buy any electronics here. A year or 2 ago I used to love this place. Did they change management? Somebody is running this place into the ground.

I would have rated it higher, but on my last trip here, I saw a furniture item I liked, with a tag for $ 9.99. I asked a man for help with it, and he said, «Oh, no! It can’t be that price! Someone must have switched tags! It should be $ 50 but I will let you have it for 35.» Anyone who has shopped this Goodwill knows that the tags are made to disintegrate into multiple little pieces, which are then hard to get off completely, so there was NOWAY that someone was able to scrape off a $ 9.99 tag and then put it on something else to look perfect(plus, if someone was going to the effort to cheat to buy the item, why was it still sitting there unbought?!!). If the store has mispriced something, they should either honor it or else take responsibility for their error. I then was left waiting at the register for 10 minutes; the lady had to open a new one for other customers while they got a «new» tag… certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. The other times I have gone, employees have been very helpful. A lot of the prices are high for a thrift store anyway, but I have found some bargains there in the past.

Stopped in to look at swimsuits on Blue tag 50% off day. My hats off to the dressing room attendant who allowed me to bring my basket into the handicap room, and also for being patient with my 3 trips to the dressing room! Most of the clothes are over-priced, but the home décor is priced well and so is the kitchen stuff. I personally wouldn’t buy electronics here, but I have perused the artwork and have found some treasures in the past. I ended up with no swimsuit but 2 summery dresses, 2 tops, 1 shorts, and 1 capri pants. $ 30 later, I was happy with some gently used name-brand clothes.

Over priced electronics never work and when they don’t you do not get your money back you get a gift card

Extremely clean and organized for a Good Will. However, being a regular Good Will and thrift store shopper I was surprised that the prices were so high. So we skipped buying what we came for and instead got it new and exactly what we wanted for only a couple dollars more.

Stopped in here while checking out some garage sales or «Junking» as I call it. It is very clean and organized, people were friendly had a good time browsing the store, but the pricing is very high on everything, it was all barely under retail. I think the charity and such of the goodwill is great, but I would rather help the causes other ways than over pay for used merchandise.
