I was traveling and my vehicle broke down in Monroe. It was late in the afternoon and my roadside assistance put me in touch with Guerrilla Tactics Automotive because they offered to attempt a diagnosis/​repair of my vehicle, despite it being close to the end of their business hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me the repair price, and offered to stay late to complete the repair. Their quote was extremely reasonable! They did not take advantage of my situation financially. They went above and beyond to get me on my way to my destination as soon as possible. They had parts delivered and stayed hours after their closing time to help me. These are skilled technicians and they running a fantastic business model! You can trust the quality of work and fair pricing.

I have a 2000 Ducati 748S which I have owned for 6 years. This is my pride and joy but the unbelievable prices at the dealers is becoming criminal. Due to being in storage for 2.5 years, my bike would not start. Before towing, Oliver came to my house and to check it out. He worked on it for a couple of hours and then said, «I promise you, if you get this bike to my shop, I’ll have it running the next day.» He helped me with the tow, and delivered on his promise.
I rode my Ducati home that night remembering the sounds, smells, temperature changes, riding with good friends and it was the best driving experience I’ve ever had.
Oliver and his team at Guerrilla Tactics are to thank for that. Riding is in my soul and Oliver helped me get that back. I can’t thank him enough for this.
If you truly want to be treated right, know for a fact you’re not getting screwed on pricing, and need a mechanic you trust, Oliver Murphy and his team at GTA are your best option. I drive from Everett to Monroe for my car/​motorcycle problems and I’ll never go anywhere else.
