This place was amazing, amazing, amazing!!! The staff here treat you like you are family. The lady working reception remembered exactly who I was when I walked in the door, just from talking to me on the phone for 5 minutes. We had a negative experience at another hotel, and she gave us great advice as to what to do about what happened.
The lobby, hallways and rooms were spotless. There was fresh fruit and coffee in the lobby for people to eat. I would definitely stay here again! It was a lovely way to end our vacation!

HAIR IN THE SHOWER
HAIR IN THE BATHROOM
CALLED DOWN, THEY DID SWITCH MY ROOM BUT THAT ROOM WAS DIRTY
someone needs to care about the customer… not sure their cleaning staff cares
