We were told this was the high end store for the area. I come from an area where high end grocers are a breed that spoils the customer and empties the pocketbook in short order. This Harris Tweeter was not that exciting although I found a nice piece of smoked fish and a good dry sparkling wine on sale. Thus, I am grateful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking is a breeze as this strip mall is not a destination.

As far as Harris Teeters go, this one is so outdated. I’ve been here, unfortunately, numerous times and it’s the same thing every time. SLOW. There is no self check out. The butcher station is small and the store layout is not set up like the newer HTs, so it takes longer to find everything. If you’re in Monroe and with time to kill, this is a good grocery shopping option.
