Iceberg’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

This company installed an HVAC system that never worked from day one. After spending thousands to have it installed, and thousands in repairs, we are now faced with replacing the entire system. Why? Because the component units installed are NOT compatible to operate with each other. The entire debacle we have experienced was avoidable and costly. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Office personnel need some assistance with phone etiquette. Received a call from Chris and when I picked up the phone I could hear her talking about me. Apparently she didn’t realize I had answered the phone. She was saying to the other woman in the office «I can’t believe she would think that the part would be in today…». When I explained to her the expectations that were set by the field technician (he said he would be back at our house the next day) she fumbled for an excuse and said that the tech must have forgotten that it was a holiday when he serviced our A/​C unit. Additionally, this company never has the parts necessary to complete a service call on the same day. Industry standard? Maybe. Joke of a company? Highly likely. Don’t let their call script greeting fool you. Technicians aren’t even on the same page when servicing the A/​C. Multiple techs=multiple diagnosis= multiple opportunities for the company to create ‘issues’ and take more money from homeowners.
