Worst dentist in Monroe! Incompetent. Rude. They fall all over themselves for men! Flirty, touchy, completely unprofessional. They took our money $ 120 and assured us they would email our X-​rays to the surgeon. They took one pic! And then wouldn’t email even the one pic! We paid $ 120 for them to jerk us around! While we were in the waiting room being ignored we had to listen to the secretary and the dentist GOSSIP about mutual friends on Facebook. Ridiculous. And the nasty secretary must have forgotten we were sitting around the corner, this lady stuck her hand into the back of her pants to scratch her butt? pull her thong out? Who knows… Even going as far to get her cardigan shoved into her waist band and then proceeded to make coffee for the waiting room. SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS!!! Disgusting. Take your business elsewhere!!! They’re gross. They’re severely lacking in Customer Service skills. They’re even lacking personal hygiene skills! Just gross! Any one that gives this place a positive review has to be on their payroll!

I had an encounter with Irene C and find that there is no compassion or fuzzy feeling to continue the patronage of the business.
