Kyfs Good Truck

This is a food truck. I am not sure if it serves the same food or a variety with menu changes, but the day I visited they had corned beef and swiss on rye, chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, ham sandwich, etc. I had the hot corned beef and swiss on rye and it was pretty good, but a but a bit greasy. The second half was particularly greasy. Some of the homemade potato chips were really good while ½ of them or more were undercooked and not crisp. The potato salad I ordered tasted store bought.
My biggest issue was the fact that I had to wait so ling for my food. Everyone that I came with (4 other people) ordered food from other food trucks, received their food and finished eating before i arrived, and they had waited a while as well, not to mention I was one of the first people to be in line.
I have only eaten at this place once but based on my visit I would not eat again.
