I love Le Creuset Outlets, if you are wanting a Le Creuset item they are the BEST place to get one for a great deal. The outlet stores feature a variety of 1^st quality & 2^nd quality goods, and have rotating specials where you can get a *REALLY* good deal on high quality cookware, serve ware & accessories. Most of the «2nds» are little tiny blemishes that do not affect the look or function of an item, so to get one at a huge mark off is totally worth it.
With that preface out of the way, I can say that this is *the best* Le Creuset outlet I have been to as far as service & friendliness (the items & specials seem to be consistent across locations, service varies greatly). Our travels & adventures have taken us by most of the Le Creuset outlets in the region, and this one outpaces them all for service & friendliness. The two ladies working the day we visited (I wish I had gotten their names) both went above & beyond. One woman searched through the entire stack of skillets to find the most flawless 2^nd they had. She didn’t have to do that… but it was greatly appreciated.
As a result of the very friendly service, we actually purchased more than we intended (although all were on my wishlist of items from Le Creuset). We walked away with a grill, a skillet, & a European butter crock… all for the cost of what we would have paid for the grill at a standard retailer. They also held our purchases for us until we were done shopping (because hauling around 2 cast iron pans would have been a pain… literally).
This will be my go-​to Le Creuset outlet from here on out since we find ourselves in the Cincy area pretty regularly. Thank you, Ladies!

I make a point of stopping in this place every time I travel between Dayton and Cincinnati. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and will always help you find a deal.

We stopped in on a rainy Tuesday evening to look at their dutch oven selection. We were pleasantly surprised at the wide range of colors, styles and cooking apparati they carried– it did not look picked over at all.
Transparency is high. Anything that is of «second quality» has an orange Le Creuset sticker while anything that is of «first quality» has a white sticker. Second quality means simply that there are small cosmetic issues. Their first quality items are generally discontinues lines or colors. They also have a selection of cooking tools.
We ended up with a 7 ¼ quart second quality cherry dutch oven (Le Creuset calls them «french ovens» — I will let those two countries sort it out…) for $ 140. We got an extra 40% from the already discounted price of $ 233. I am not sure why we were given the discount; it did not strike me as a good idea to question it! You could not tell by looking at it that it is second quality.
All in all, a very good experience.

Went here for the first time today, and I will return. Service was great Bev answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction for the items we were looking for.
When my birthday and christmas comes around again I am asking for a gift card here.
