Please don’t be tricked into believing you can really get carpeting installed in 72 hours!!! No one in the store is familiar with this program and they are not very helpful when you call Lowe’s Installation Department. I recommend Lowe’s remove their advertisement for this service!!! Total BAIT AND SWITCH !!

Popped in to try and return some garden bricks that I had purchased at another store and no longer needed, but they were unable to accept them as they don’t sell them at this store. Yep, I had my MyLowes card but that didn’t seem to help. The gal at the desk was very nice about it though.
