The only bad thing is they are always packed, so be ready to wait in line. However the food comes out pretty quickly. Not all the table get flipped very well, so I usually end up clean the table myself.

Traveling from California and looking something healthy to eat when I spotted McAlister’s on Unilocal.Place reminds me a little bit of Panera Bread Restraunts. Clean inside, very friendly service. Food came out super fast. We ordered the Italian and Savannah chopped salads. Fresh mixed greens, juicy chicken, large portions. Recommend the sandwiches as well, fresh bread and ingredients. Wonderful flavor. Washed it down with a refreshing ice tea.

I’m pretty sure they haven’t swept the floor here this month(it’s 11⁄14). It’s disgusting. If this is what the front of the house looks like, I’m scared to know what the food prep area looks like. We moved from one table to another because the floor was soaked with something and there was a wet floor sign there. We were there for 20+ minutes and no one came to clean up the wet floor. Food was pretty good(as long as I blocked my thoughts of the unsanitary prep area) and that’s why they’re getting 2 stars instead of 1.

Worst grilled chicken sandwich I have had in a very long time. There was barely any chicken in the sandwich which may have been a good thing. The wheat bread was awful, limp and bland like they purchased a cheap Walmart Brand bread. Extremely unappealing sandwich. The coleslaw was very saucy and bland. I was traveling and I am not sure if I have eaten at this chain before but I won’t in the future.

My family and I love McAlister’s, and eat at their restaurants frequently. However, we will never eat at this location ever again. This was one of the filthiest restaurants I have ever eaten in. One of my favorite sandwiches, the Spicy Southwest Chicken Griller, was not prepared anywhere close to correct. No guacamole. No chipotle ranch sauce, and not grilled. This one is definitely off our list.

I can only rate the appearance, being that my family and I decided against eating here due to the incredibly dirty, unorganized and flat out gross condition this restaurant was. McAlisters is a family fave, but this one was dirtier than a McDonalds after a 5 year old birthday party. Nasty.

I usually eat at McAlister’s in Georgia but visited this location while traveling. It was early lunch time and I only waited behind one person. The staff is not particularly friendly to customers but just takes orders. I might as well be at Taco Bell. I overheard the staff complaining about management when I went for a tea refill. She didn’t say anything besides sweet or unsweetened to me but continued her conversation with other staff. The service at my location is exceptional in Lawrenceville, GA so I was expecting the same here. My French dip was cold and not tasty and the bread tasted stale. The Reuben my mother had was terrific. They were very busy by noon so it looks like a very popular place. Maybe I hit the service on a bad day. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the lock on the stall door was broken. I won’t be hurrying back to this location but McAlister’s Deli is usually a great place to eat.

I love, love, love McAlister’s Deli! I’ve been going to this McAlister’s for over 10 years, and it really is one of my favorite places to eat in Monroe — and it’s definitely my all-time favorite chain. Here are some of my go-to dishes: * McAlister’s Club * Spud Max * French Dip * Havarti Sweet Chipotle Chicken * Veggie Chili * Chicken & Dumplings * Sweet tea * Sugar cookies And now that they have Pick Twos, I don’t have to settle on just one item! I do have one piece of feedback: figure out the«Pick Up Line». Seriously, it’s the pick-up line. It says so on the sign! I should be able to skip the massive lines and head straight to the register to pay. But obviously McAlister’s just doesn’t get this. Every time I go to this line, they look at me like I’m insane and ask, «Um, can I help you?» Hello, it’s the pick-up line — I’m here to pick up!!! But anywho, no stupid pick-up line is going to deter me!

Love this place. I wish we had them in the northeast. Fantastic deli sandwiches and sweet tea, plus a great assortment of salads, and spuds with all kinds of toppings.
