It was my fault; I neglected to call and request my yearly gutter cleaning before the rains came! So I got some water in the basement near the foundations. I left a message and Doug was out before I could take two breaths! He is booked solid for the next couple of weeks but made a special trip to get the debris away from the downspouts. That is service. That is concern above and beyond, IMHO.
