Staff tends to be polite (thus the extra) yet on two occasions that I brought my car up there (since they are conveniently opened on Sunday’s) I pull out of the parking lot with more issues that I left with. I went in for an oil change and new tire and come out with issues with my brakes and lights in my car not working — issues that hadn’t been any type of problem before hand. It seems like quite the sales tactic to me for these things to conveniently go wrong after they work on my car, which is a shame because the manager is usually reasonably helpful. Unless you’re stuck going there, I’d recommend looking else where for your tire and oil needs until they change their feelings towards customer satisfaction.
