I managed to somehow pick up a nail in my driver’s side rear tire while driving home from work. My tire indicator light came on, so I wasn’t sure if my tires were just low on air or what. I got out and checked, and the tires looked fine. It wasn’t until I got into my driveway that I found my tire was totally flat. My neighbor came over and helped me put the spare on. It was now about 6:40 p.m., and when I called the Pep Boys in Monroe, they said they closed at 7:00 p.m. but that they would wait until I got there so they could plug the tire and put air back into it for me. I arrived at the Monroe location about 6:58 p.m. and was met by Jayson. After looking at the tire, he said it couldn’t be fixed because it had been damaged by driving on it while it was going flat. I told him I worked in midtown and couldn’t come back in the morning and then asked him about putting 4 new tires on my SUV(my old tires already have 58K on them). Jayson agreed to stay, along with Wes, and put the new tires on my vehicle as well as do an alignment. He said that my safety was of the utmost importance. I am so grateful to Jayson and Wes for staying almost an hour past closing to help me out! KUDOS to Pep Boys in Monroe, Georgia. I will definitely come back for service at your location again.
