They kept moving me from room to room and either forgot about me or lost me because I was there for so long I fell asleep. Then had to keep coming back because my prescription was wrong and had to have my glasses remade. Then they only remade one eye so I had to go back for the other. Then they called and told me I could come pick up my trial contacts at any time and I asked if I needed an appointment to do that, they said no. I got there and they told me I had to see the doctor before I could take the trials home and had to set an appointment because he was busy.

We got an eye exam for an existing eye problem and Reed Vision in Monroe Michigan recommended an expensive, in hospital procedure for the needed fix. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from a different eye doctor in a totally different eye care group who recommended a simple in-​office surgery which fixed the problem for $ 200 and was done in their office… Highly recommend you get a second opinion for anything complicated or complex in the way of eye surgery.
