Pissed New Consumer:
I placed my 1st order with your company and received my order a week later. Returned 1 item and specifically asked if my 2nd order of the same type of item just different amount could be added to the 1st order and was told yes by 2 different «Knowledgeable» Credit Dept Reps. When I called today I was told by some non caring female that they couldn’t add the order to the 1st nor could the credit from the 1st be applied to the down payment??? I asked her to give me to anyone other than herself and some Male gets on half ass caring and says the exact same BS then asks «well is there anything else I can do for you»??? Really! !! This is what I have to look forward to! !!!

Purchased an 8 door cabinet that can with low quality hardware. Two of the cams actually broke during assembly. No extras came with the product.
Craftsmanship of the holes that were in the pieces was also very poor.
Three of the cams actually popped through the thin laminate on the shelves.
I’ve up graded the stars because they did come back with 25% off our $ 200 cabinet.

This place has everything. A swiss colony outlet, clothing, furniture, wall hangings, candy, toys, lamps and all at discounted prices. Plenty of cashiers.
