This is the Starbucks in Fred Meyer. I must say, the employees who work at this location are just rude. 2pm on a Friday and the line was pretty long. It was bad enough that the customer in front of me was ‘teaching her children how to make a purchase”; which took much too long and was quite annoying, but the employees didn’t seem to have a care in the world about that. That being said, 2 people walked out of line, the employees didn’t even acknowledge anyone else and by the time I got up to the register, not only were the employees very rude, they seemed to not even apologize for the lady in front of me teaching her kids. The only reason I even come to this location is because I had a gift card. Starbucks, you should really do a better job with employee morale and customer service. This is not the first time I have encountered rudeness at this particular location. Talk about snotty too.

What can you say? Consistent in almost everyway with Starbucks world wide. Great staff, usually pretty knowledgeable about coffee and their products. Got a great 12 oz ceramic lined/ss exterior travel mug.
