Suburban Fence

****I learned this afternoon from Matthews Fencing that Suburban Fencing has CLOSED!!! They closed in February 2015 but have not disabled their phone or website****
It’s hard to give a rating when you haven’t actually experienced a service, but from what I can gather, Suburban Fence must be extremely busy. Their website has been down (and according to their Facebook page, not being able to contact them is a reoccurring experience — see a post on May 26^th from Karen and again on June 24^th from Chuck). If you try to call them, their mailbox is completely full so you do not even have the opportunity to leave a message to reach out for their service. My husband was able to access the website on July 2^nd to ask for a quote on fencing, but we have not heard back from Suburban fence, and are unable to get in any contact with them. I would assume that they are missing out on a lot of business by not having a working telephone number with the capability for messages or a working website. Too bad, we’ve seen a lot of Suburban fences in our area, but unfortunately you can’t give business to a company that doesn’t allow you to contact them. They do advertise a 48-​hour turn around, but must not be in the months of May, June, or July.

I really don’t want to give a rating yet since I haven’t gotten a fence from them (yet), but they were prompt, courteous and professional in providing an estimate for both a wooden picket and aluminum fence. The cost is on par with the other estimates we received, and we expect to give them our business. We’ve seen some of their finished fences and they look nice. (Hopefully I’ll remember to complete the review once the fence is done!)
