Subway

I haven’t been to this subway location in a while, because they dissatisfied me at my place of employement when I tried to place a larger order (12 foot longs) over the phone… They told me that they don’t take orders over the phone during lunch rush. They lost my business that day and haven’t been back… I would doubt this is subways policy and rather a lazy employee that didn’t was to be rushed and make an additional 12 sandwiches…
Well today I had a entertainment book marked cincy/​dayton and it had a free 6″ sub when one is purchased with a drink. So me and my brother went to eat here. We placed our order and went to pay and they didn’t except it because of the locations listed on the back was not this one.
It wasn’t that they didn’t except it it was the attitude as if we were trying to pull one over them. They made it seem as if I was being rude to bring this coupon in. I did not even look at the back and figured Monroe is in the cincy dayton area.
The food is as always good and at subways quality… However the staff is unpleasant, rude, and not what I would consider appropriate for the food service even a fast food place…

Food is ok, but Sandwich Artists (one tenured person in particular) are grumpy! No smiles, always complaining.
