Target

Was in Starbucks yesterday at 2:30 in Monroe New York target. I asked for a Frappuccino then I asked the girl that was working there that did not have a name tag if she could put the chocolate sprinkles on the Frappuccino whip cream sometimes they have the mint chip. she said they only have that for the holidays and Christmas. I said when I go to Florida they always have it in Florida. my daughter always gets that from me cuz I know it’s a very is it a good flavor. she said to me well then go to Florida and I kinda looked at her took my Frappuccino walked away. And then lady approached me and said what was that all about. I said I guess she was being very rude I didn’t realize that employees in Starbucks as much as they charge you for a Frappuccino the employees are that rude she didn’t have to be so sarcastic about it. my point being is why don’t they have that in all Starbucks. When they’re good, they’re really good. When they aren’t…well, you should probably stay home. They tend to stock somewhat sporadically. There have been plenty of times we have gone in for a certain item and it’s just out. No word on when it will be back in. The store is nice and clean though and the new staff there is very friendly and helpful. The Starbucks is pretty terrible though. I would not recommend waiting in the long line for a mediocre coffee.

Love this store and especially it’s staff. I can always find what I want and, if not, a sales associate is never far off with «can I help you find something». Thanks for adding the food section. Selection very good considering this is not a supermarket and prices at least as low as Shop Rite and many times lower.
First, and foremost, I rely on their pharmacy. The pharmacists Toral, Kathy and their technician, Hope, are excellent at what they do and can never do enough to help you. Hope is very pleasant and extremely helpful and accomodating and knows me and my family by our names. She always a friendly smile and eager to help. As for Toral and Kathy, excellent pharmacists and also very helpful and informative. Very professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my families drug needs.

Could be better.
1) The Starbucks in there. needs improvement. Partly the reason its not so good is because of the large turn over rate of the workers. There used to be a lot of flies just circling the whole area. Pretty gross. Don’t know why they wouldn’t get a fly catcher or fly swatter as it is conveniently located in the same building, I’m sure. The drinks were always unavailable. At least the ones that i wanted. («Sorry it’s sold out» or «sorry we ran out of bananas) So i’d always settle for another drink. Oh. And by the way, they sell bananas at target too. :Roll eyes:
2) The whole store is pretty much well organized, clean, and usually the staff are friendly. But one time, when i was checking out, there was only 1 lane for check out available… And i had just seen a lot of red shirted target workers just standing around, talking to each other. I was probably the 4^th or 5^th person on that line. and it was growing. So. I question their incompetence and laziness, and lack of customer service.
3) I wanted to purchase this rug at the target website, but the color and size i wanted. was unavailable. But, it looked like the rug i wanted was located at the target in Monroe, middletown, and Newburgh! So, i called the target in monroe and asked them if they had the rug (because online, it was showing me that there were multiple available). The person on the phone w me said that it looks like the rug is not available at this time. Well. I went to the monroe target store the next morning, and sure enough. The rug WAS there!!! i was happy for me and let down by that person i spoke to yesterday. All he could have done was physically go to the aisle where the rugs are. And checked for me. But no, he didn’t. Bad customer service. Again… Sigh.

I’ve been to many Targets and this one is one of the best. Store is clean, staff are helpful, and I find sold out items at this store. I bypass a few other Target locations closer to me just to shop at this one.

Better than the nearby Walmart.

It’s never too busy or crowded. The cashiers are friendly. The store is clean and organized. I can’t find anything to complain about!
