We had to buy some things in home depot, we were very surprised on the service we didn’t get, there was no one in the aisles to help us, when we finally helped ourselves, we needed a hand to put the 11 sheets of plywood on the truck, i asked the costumer service for help, but there was no respond we had no choice but to carry it all alone, which I think is definitely not called customer service. And I saw the employees standing by one corner and talking, I went over to them and asked them to show me where a specific item is, they didn’t even bother to go with me to the aisle, just to point with the finger where the items is, We need costumer service, thanks. A steady costumer.

My father went to this Home Depot location to pick up two packages he had ordered online. When he asked for the packages, the employee working there could only locate one of them. Because of his trouble, this employee said that the second package would probably arrive at a later time and he should come back tomorrow. This was clearly not the case because tracking information specified otherwise. The employee proceeded to tell my father to come back another time and pushed him to sign a paper stating that he received BOTHPACKAGES even though he only claimed one. My father refused to sign the paperwork and asked the employee to keep looking. Once again, the employee kept pressuring him to leave, only one package claimed, and to sign the paperwork. This was an expensive purchase(my father had ordered new skylights for our house), so he was worried that if he left he would not hold claim to the second package(especially since signing the paperwork meant that he had received all items from the invoice). SO, an HOUR later, they finally managed to locate the second package. Not only was this a HUGE waste of time, it also reflects poorly on management’s training of Home Depot employees. It was a frustrating, demeaning, and over all negative experience. I am so dissappointed with the«service» that we received. Not only was such employee behavior unethical, it was down right lazy. EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTED with this Home Depot location in Monroe, NY(at the Harriman Commons).

Don’t have the right words to express my gratitude for the staff over there. I went shopping about 2 weeks ago looking for a slop sink and other stuff. it was the first time in my life i tried to install a sink myself. the gye @ the plumbing section was extremely helpful. he showed me all what i need. opens the valves to show me how to assemble itand made sure i’m not leaving before i know 100% how to do it. one thing i wasn’t so happy that the store wasn’t fully stocked & had a small selection from folding tables.

A great little location in the Harriman plaza shopping center. The staff members are so kind and helpful. We never have any issues with locating what we need and at reasonable prices. If you don’t like interacting with store associates then download the app and direct yourself through the store to find what you need.
