Good prices, friendly staff, great selection, and clean environment.
I was fairly new to backpacking and looking for a pack to carry for a trip to Honduras and India cross country. I had several things in mind that I wanted and the lady who helped me pick a pack was very knowledgable and even changed my mind on what I thought I needed and wanted.
I have since been back several time and bought several other items with the same results. Plenty of knowledge and eager to help!
If you are going on a trip and need gear stop here they will give you more than just a product they will give you knowledge!

Great outlet… If you do 3 things…
1. Join their free rewards club
2. Shop their sales
3. Beware the difference between the real discounted north face gear, and the dumbed down cheap outlet version made «just for outlet only».
