Hired this company to fix our company’s central air last summer. They came right out, fixed the problem and were reasonably priced. Bruno the owner said, we back our work and if something breaks down during the one year warranty, we will immediately come out and fix it.
Well, yesterday, when I turned on my company’s central air, the downstairs unit which Thermal Tech fixed, did not work. I called and got an answering service with really no message, sent an email and they returned my call today saying it would take at least three weeks to come and see what immediately service any problems, his answer was, well things change and we are a lot busier. I would not recommend this company. They do not keep their word.
