I received a gift of pearl earrings from my husband. They broke the second time I wore them, so I returned them to be repaired. The assistant manager was barely attentive to me as we discussed what I needed. Repairs were made quickly, and I got a call to let me know that my jewelry was back before the expected date. Maybe they should have kept it a little longer though, because the second time I wore my earrings after getting them fixed this weekend, they broke again! I fully expect a refund on these earrings now. I will not be shopping at Ultra Diamonds again, low prices or not. I’ve had better service from high schoolers at fast food restaurants, and I expect to be able to wear earrings from a jewelry store more than three times.

Took my watch for a new battery, instead they break it, destroyed coil and then took no responsibility for it. Jack, who broke it tells me he’s been doing this for years, I assume he means butchering watches. After he broke it, he doesn’t claim he did, but hands watch back and says it must have been something else. These guys are awful!!!
