Decent, clean facilities. The beds were well maintained and scrupulously clean. The décor tends towards cutesy, but that doesn’t seem to deter the local guys :)
Only a 3-​star rating because I found the staff to be rather inconsistent. My first impression was excellent; the man who I bought my tanning package from was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. However, on subsequent visits (even when I was the only customer in the lobby) I sometimes felt like I was intruding on the staffs quiet time or phone calls. On several visits I had intended to purchase products, but didn’t feel like the staff was interested in making the sale.
One customer service tip — teach your employees how to politely put a call on hold (or use the mute button) when the phone rings and they’re in the middle of handling a transaction or at the very least to politely excuse themselves from the transaction with the person in front of them when they must engage in a prolonged phone conversation.

Tanning, I do it every once in a while. I’m not ashamed to admit it. Doesn’t everyone look/​feel a little better with a tan? My wife tuned me on to this locally owned business in Monroe last year. They offer some great packages from 100 minutes up to 300 minutes at reasonable prices, offering additional discounts to other local business members. They’ve got 3 different types of tanning beds, including the Mega Bed. It’s their top of the line bed. I’ve never used it but I hear it takes only about 5 minutes and you come out looking like George Hamilton. I kid, but it’s suppose to be really effective. During their peak season, late winter to early spring, they get slammed so you need to make appointments a few days out. Check their website for their hours, they cut back some during the winter.
