Called the store to ask a question and the staff was quite rude when answering the phone I can’t call to complain because no one gave their names… I can’t imagine why, maybe because they know their rude and don’t want to have it come back on one of them. Not only that when I asked to speak to a manager they staff member said«that’s who transferred me» to the department I needed but the way she answered the phone was«Yeah» like wtf that’s really how you talk to your customers… Uh no you don’t… Worst customer service I do not reccomend this walgreens to anyone

Pharmacy techs are rude and primarily ignorant-and by the way comb your hair and wash your face; looks like you slept on the street. Pharmacist unable to verify a DEA number– or couldn’t be bothered– of a top Yale surgeon. Went to Stop and Shop and had it filled in ten minutes. Never again.

After having my prescriptions filled here for 10 years I have had it with this place. Talk about RUDESERVICE!!! There is a girl in the pharmacy who works at the drive thru who should not be working there! If you don’t like your job then get out and have someone there who wants to be there! She will leave you waiting for TEN minutes before she even acknowledges your presence and when she finally gets around to waiting on you she’s a real bitch! I’ve had it with this place and suggest people go to the many other pharmacies in the area!

Very disappointed in the service here. There is one pharmacy tech who is never polite, acts like you’re bothering him whether on the phone or in person.(The others are nice and pleasant). Whenever I have to refill my prescription which is run through a coupon, I call to explain: Please do not try to run this through insurance. It’s run through a coupon. You must call them to run it. Every time I show up to pick it up, they tell me «this isn’t covered, it’s xxxx dollars». And then they try to use the coupon but they don’t call… And every time, I have to explain again that it needs to be run through the coupon and they need to call the company. And they tell me they have to «figure it out» and call me later. It’s very annoying when you need meds and you get attitude because they can’t follow instructions. And a big inconvenience for a busy person to have to make phone calls, show up, wait, come back, etc.
