Great customer service. Owned and operated by a true bird enthusiast She will be honest and help you get what you need for your property to attract birds. There are two big seed sales a year and an abundant selection of feeders and birding gear. I’m new to Monroe, WA and plan on making this store a regular in my shopping routine.

Very nice store with a variety of quality products that will make your yard a bird sanctuary… Seed cost a little more but last twice as long (probably longer) and makes half the mess… Everyone that works there is very nice and knowledgeable …

I love this place! They have a great selection of seeds. My gang of birds in the backyard love everything I’ve ever bought from the store — the squirrels and chipmunks are fans too. Their different varieties of bird seeds attract different kinds of birds. They also sell high quality bird feeders. They have a hummingbird feeder that is the best I’ve found and is easy to clean. They have sales, coupons, member rewards, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and I’ve learned miscellaneous information from them such as where to take injured wildlife.

As far as gift/​bird shops go, this is a neat place. They have mostly bird seed for feeders and such, but also an array of gardeners gifts that are really cool. A little expensive, but its designed to be one of those kinds of shops.
