I’ve only had a handful of massages in my life… Richard at Yin & Yang Massage in Monroe was hands down (no pun intended) the best massage I’ve had. It’s a bit hard for me to relax so tension in my back and neck build up. Richard was attentive to those needs and the one hour massage left me rejuvenated. The overall experience was comfortable and professional. Looking to rid yourself of some stress or aches, connect with Richard as he has a masterful touch.

Richard is amazing! He asks a lot of questions to identify where your muscle tension issues are and how you want your massage therapy to go. He offers a peaceful home like setting with soft music and a relaxing environment. I have seen other massage therapists before, and I must say he is one of the best. It’s obvious he has a passion for helping people feel better and especially if you have been in a car accident or have a medical issue. If you don’t know who to see for your first massage, you should visit Richard and he will set the bar very high! Perhaps the best massage therapist.
