Boardwalk Custard

I have been to Boardwalk before and the custard is wonderful. I was upset when I went there yesterday and I had an entertainment book coupon and I gave it to the person who rang me up and she took it but didn’t discount my order. I didn’t realize this until after I was already in my car and there is only one of those coupons a year and now I won’t get it back to use again. Kinda upset but understand that mistakes happen however it would be nice to maybe receive another coupon to use there in the future or something like that

Mmmm so good! My favorite is the chocolate peanut butter cup custard. My favorite ice cream shop by far!

For a small stand, they have a lot of variety. There are at least five flavors of custard and all the ones I tasted were fantastic. My favorite was the chocolate peanut butter. It actually had bits of peanut butter cups broken up into it! They also had a large variety of hard ice creams, sundaes and other frozen treats. The only down side is that their prices are higher then other ice cream joints that I’ve been to. With the Rita’s down the street closed, they are also the only ice cream/​frozen treat place in the area.

Boardwalk custard rocks my socks off.
Decided to stop by here for some quick ice cream custard, and ended up coming three times in two days. Do not be intimidated by the run-​down looking store sign, treat it as a sign of quality instead :)
I do not like my ice cream too sweet — and Boardwalk Custard had the sweetness on the spot! Much better than Rita’s and Kohr’s similar items.
Flavors I’ve tried so far:
— «Red Raspberry Custard» (limited time) was the special flavor they had, and was incidentally the best frozen custard I’ve ever had.
— Banana (limited time): superb. I love banana flavored things provided that they don’t taste like paint.
— Chocolate peanut buttercup: another amazing flavor. I think the reese’s cups are meh, but within this custard they get rigid and delicious.
— Black Cherry: This place is on a roll… delicious delicious!
— Watermelon Sherbet: Though I’m normally put off by sherbet, this place did it right… awesome watermelon flavor and it is creamy-​enough to not be like your usual disgusting sweet sherbet.
— Chocolate: good-​olé chocolata flavor. Skip it for the more interesting flavors above.
This is a quick stop to get a cheap dessert — No reason not to stop by!
