Terrible customer service. Every time I am in here, I am treated like an idiot. Sure, it is a great place to print stuff, and maybe find some paper, but paper is what you will find in the personality of the workers, too. They are dry, rude, and unhelpful. My advice for them: smile – and offer assistance. Do not use this location!

We came in for a last minute print job, a pretty big one. Mark helped us and was so friendly and professional. The prints came out wonderful!

I am big on placing my print orders online because it makes things easier and cuts down on time spent waiting in the store, so I am a fan of Fedex Office in this regard.
They always do things in a timely fashion… I never have to wait even when there is no rush. For example, I placed an order on Wednesday night. I immediately got the confirmation of the order, and shortly there after another confirmation that it was done. I did not even need the order until Thursday at 11am. What was nice was the courtesy call that one of the girls from the Monroeville location gave me. She wanted to make sure I knew it was done in the event I wanted to pick it up sooner. Very nice and that little extra added customer service.
When I picked it up the next day, I was greeted with that same type of service. They are top notch there. Everyone is always good at this location for that (which unfortunately is not consistent across the other local locations).
