So when I find someone who shows me respect and goes the extra mile, I become a loyal customer and I like to spread the word. I got a timely appointment for an inspection. He found and fixed a problem that had completely eluded the dealership that had performed a recall repair just a month before, and he took it out for a test drive to make sure everything was good. He even tried to find the source of a rattle in the rear end, but didn’t charge me for it.
