We stopped in on Saturday. The store wasnt busy at all. There were a few people browsing and 2 people getting makeovers. There were enough workers to help everyone, but for some reason they were at the counter. No one offered to help us. I ended up leaving because i had questions and i was looking forward to a friendly face eager to help. oh well.

Store is located inside JCPenney in Monroeville Mall, Pittsburgh, PA. I went to this store last saturday to return some stuff purchased by my daughter. The sales people who work at this store are the rudest customer service people I ever met in Sephora stores. When they found out that I have a return-the first words they said were” can you take it to another store otherwise we will not get a bonus”.? I am sorry, I am a customer and I shouldn’t know anything about your bonuses. The reason I came to this store is because it’s conviniet for me. While they process return I heard them saying negative words many many times. When I left they told so maybe for now I should just to got Sephora stand-alone store or just shop at drug store for my makeup. I don’t appreciate being treated like this while I spend approximate $ 1000 a year in Sephora store. I think I will take my business to ULTA now, because I don’t want to be treated like this again

I am not a make-up hopper — I have my brands and they work for me. Urban Decay eyeliner stays put all day(ALLDAY). This is the only thing I purchase regularly at Sephora. It’s great to not have to hope for the best regarding color/shade via online ordering! The staff at MM location are happy and friendly and it’s a pleasure to be able to dash in and pick up a new color!
