Strike Zone Pub

I will be avoiding this place like the plague going forward. You are greeted by the thick smell of years of smoke even before you open the door. I don’t normally mind smoking bars but this one is bad.
The place is poorly decorated with a drop ceiling and absolutely nothing interesting about the bar or anything in it. The ashtrays are overflowing and are clearly never emptied and every drink is out of disposable plastic cups. Sounds like a place you can get a beer cheap right? Well beers start at $ 2.75 and often cost more. A bottle of Twisted Tea is $ 4 and when my girlfriend ordered an Alabama Slammer the bartender said it would be $ 12!
Probably the only pro about this place is that it is open much later than most bars in the area but it doesn’t open until later than most as well. It’s also something to say you drank in what is basically the basement of the Big Lots. I don’t recommend this place there are plenty of other options that offer both a nicer experience and a better price.
